Tricinod 10/12.5 Tablet 15’s belongs to the class of anti-hypertensives primarily used to treat hypertension (high blood pressure) and heart-related chest pain (angina). It comprises Cilnidipine (calcium channel blocker), Telmisartan (angiotensin receptor blocker), and Hydrochlorothiazide (diuretics/’water pills). Drug-Drug Interaction: Tricinod 10/12.5 Tablet 15’s is known to interact with an anticancer drug (quinidine), antiepileptic medicine (phenytoin), anti TB drug (rifampicin), antibiotics (erythromycin), other blood pressure-lowering pills and anti-psychotic drugs, potassium-sparing diuretics or potassium supplements, lithium.
Drug-Food Interaction: Generally, no food interaction is found with this medicine. However, one should limit or avoid intake of alcoholic beverages.
