It is also used for the treatment of manic episodes associated with bipolar disorder. Torvate Chrono 500 Tablet contains sodium valproate and valproic acid as the active ingredients. It should be taken as directed by the doctor and in doses and duration as prescribed. It can be taken with or without food.
