About Rabeloc Plus Capsule
Rabeloc Plus 75 Capsule 10’s belongs to a group of combination medication called gastrointestinal agents used to treat gastro-oesophageal reflux disease (GERD). Gastroesophageal reflux disease occurs when stomach acid frequently flows back into the food pipe (oesophagus), thereby causing hyperacidity, stomach pain and heartburn.
Rabeloc Plus 75 Capsule 10’s is a combination of two drugs: Levosulpiride (prokinetic agent) and Rabeprazole (proton pump inhibitor). Levosulpiride works by increasing the inferior oesophageal (food pipe) sphincter pressure, thereby preventing backflow of food and acid into the mouth. Rabeprazole works by blocking the action of an enzyme called gastric proton pump, which is responsible for acid production. Together, Rabeloc Plus Capsule 10’s helps in preventing acid reflux, thereby provides relief from acidity and heartburn.
Take Rabeloc Plus Capsule 10’s 1-hour prior food. Swallow Rabeloc Plus Capsule 10’s as a whole with a glass of water; do not chew, or break it.
