Myo Pyrolate Injection contains Glycopyrrolate and Neostigmine as active ingredients.

Uses
Myo Pyrolate Injection is used for the treatment, control, prevention, & improvement of the following diseases, conditions and symptoms:
Reduce secretions of saliva in mouth
Reduce secretions of saliva in throat
Reduce secretions of saliva in airways
Reduce side effects of muscle-relaxing drugs
Prevent slowing of heartbeat during surgery

The following is a list of possible side-effects that may occur from all constituting ingredients of Myo Pyrolate Injection. This is not a comprehensive list. Precautions
Before using Myo Pyrolate Injection, inform your doctor about your current list of medications, over the counter products (e.g. vitamins, herbal supplements, etc.), allergies, pre-existing diseases, and current health conditions (e.g. pregnancy, upcoming surgery, etc.). Some health conditions may make you more susceptible to the side-effects of the drug. Take as directed by your doctor or follow the direction printed on the product insert. Avoid alcohol or any medication that may cause drowsiness
Do not use in patients having bronchial asthma and cardiac disease
Inform your doctor if you are pregnant or planning to become pregnant or are breastfeeding
Inform your doctor if you have any heart disease, heart failure, irregular heartbeats or high blood pressure
Not recommended in patients having parkinsonism and vagotonia
Not recommended to people having cholinergic weakness
Should be used with caution if you have medical conditions such as myasthenia gravis, glaucoma, overactive thyroid gland, enlarged prostate gland, obstruction of the stomach or bowel causing vomiting, abdominal pain, chronic constipation and swelling
Should be used with special precautions in case of fever

If you use other drugs or over the counter products at the same time, the effects of Myo Pyrolate Injection may change. This may increase your risk for side-effects or cause your drug not to work properly. Tell your doctor about all the drugs, vitamins, and herbal supplements you are using, so that you doctor can help you prevent or manage drug interactions. Myo Pyrolate Injection may interact with the following drugs and products:

Diphenhydramine
Donepezil

When not to use Myo Pyrolate Injection
Hypersensitivity to Myo Pyrolate Injection is a contraindication. In addition, Myo Pyrolate Injection should not be used if you have the following conditions:
Allergic reactions
Glaucoma
Heart problem
Mechanical gastrointestinal and urinary tract obstruction
Peptic ulcer
Peritonitis
Stomach or bowel problems
Urinary blockage
