Uses of Levera 250 MG
Levera 250mg Tab composition includes levetiracetam salt used for the treatment of various forms of epilepsy including partial onset epilepsy, myoclonic epilepsy (that causes shock-like jerks of a muscle or a group of muscles) and generalized tonic-clonic seizures in patients of epilepsy
If you have a known allergy to levetiracetam or its constituents. If you suffer from depression. If you have kidneys diseases. If you observe hallucinations, If there is a decrease of blood cells, or white blood cells, or neutrophils in the body. If there are suicidal thoughts. If there are any mental disorders.

You should not stop the medicine abruptly. The dosage will be decreased gradually by the doctor. It is suggested to consult your doctor before taking Levera 250mg Tab if you: have suicidal tendency; kidneys ailments; are on haemodialysis; and have a history of blood-related abnormalities

How Does It Work?
Epilepsy is caused due to the abnormal impulses in the brain. When the brain cells are not able to send each other electrical or chemical signals, it can lead to seizures. The levetiracetam salt in Levera 250mg Tab helps in maintaining the regular nerve impulses in the brain.
Directions for Use of Levera 250 MG
This medicine can be taken orally and swallowed (not to be crushed or chewed) as a whole with water. Paediatric patients having body weight 20 kg or less should be given this medicine in the form of oral solution. However, you must use a calibrated measuring device for dispensing the oral solution. Most importantly, do not increase/decrease the dose without consulting the physician.

Storage and disposal of Levera 250 MG
Levera 250mg Tab must be stored at a temperature range of 15 ?C–30 ?C (59 ?F–86 ?F). It must be kept at a dry place away from sunlight, moisture and out of the reach of children. It should be disposed via proper disposal methods advised by your pharmacist.
Dosage of Levera 250 MG
Overdose
Missed a Dose
Administration of two doses at the same time should be avoided in order to compensate for the missed one. The missed dose can be skipped and the next one can be taken instead. In case you recollect the dose close to the actual dosage time, then it can be taken.
