About Duolin LD Respules
Duolin LD Respules 5X2.5 ml is a combination medication primarily used to treat or prevent symptoms of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) likes shortness of breath, coughing or wheezing (whistling sound while breathing). COPD is a group of lung diseases with emphysema (shortness of breath due to damaged air sac) and chronic bronchitis (inflammation and narrowing of the lining of airways or bronchial tubes).
Duolin LD Respules 5X2.5 ml is a combination of two bronchodilators, namely: Levosalbutamol and Ipratropium bromide. Duolin LD Respules 5X2.5 ml belongs to the class of bronchodilators that works by relaxing muscles and widening the airways of the lungs. Thereby, it allows us to breathe easily.
Duolin LD Respules 5X2.5 ml is available in the form of rotacaps, inhaler and resicaps. Duolin LD Respules 5X2.5 ml is for inhalation only. Duolin LD Respules 5X2.5 ml in rotacaps and resicaps should be taken as advised by your doctor. The inhaler form of Duolin LD Respules 5X2.5 ml should be taken by inhaling the number of puffs as advised by your doctor. Directions for Use
Inhaler: Shake the inhaler well and check the label for directions before using Duolin LD Respules 5X2.5 ml. While you are breathing Duolin LD Respules 5X2.5 ml from the mouth, press down inhaler once to release the medicine and hold your breath for 10 seconds. Repeat until you have inhaled the number of puffs as advised by your doctor. Rinse your mouth with water and spit it out after using Duolin LD Respules 5X2.5 ml to avoid fungal infections in mouth and throat.

Drug-Food Interaction: Duolin LD Respules 5X2.5 ml may interact with caffeine. Therefore, avoid or limit the intake of caffeinated beverages, foods or dietary supplements with Duolin LD Respules 5X2.5 ml as it may increase the risk of adverse effects.
