Dolostat MR Tablet is used for Muscle pain, Arthralgia, Rheumatoid arthritis, Ear pain, Headache, Ankylosing spondylitis, Osteoarthritis, Periarthritis of scapulohumerous, Lumbago, Ischiadynia and other conditions. Dolostat MR Tablet may also be used for purposes not listed in this medication guide.

Dolostat MR Tablet contains Aceclofenac, Chlorzoxazone and Paracetamol as active ingredients.
Dolostat MR Tablet works by blocking the action of cyclo-oxygenase in the body; increasing the pain threshold and increases the blood flow across the skin, heat loss and sweating; depressing muscle reflexes;

Precautions

Before using Dolostat MR Tablet, inform your doctor about your current list of medications, over the counter products (e.g. vitamins, herbal supplements, etc.), allergies, pre-existing diseases, and current health conditions (e.g. pregnancy, upcoming surgery, etc.). Avoid drinking alcohol or taking other sedating medications

Concomitant use with other sedatives
Do not take paracetamol if you consume alcoholic beverages every day
Gastro-intestinal disorders
History of gastroulceration

When not to use Dolostat MR Tablet

Hypersensitivity to Dolostat MR Tablet is a contraindication. In addition, Dolostat MR Tablet should not be used if you have the following conditions:
Active peptic ulcer
Acute rhinitis
Allergy to Aceclofenac
Asthma
Hepatic impairment
Hypersensitivity
Urticaria
