What is it prescribed for?
Intestinal colic
This medicine may be used to relieve symptoms such as stomach pain, cramps, bloating, etc. caused due to a blockage of the gastrointestinal tract (intestinal colic).
Biliary colic
This medicine may be used to relieve symptoms such as a sudden, sharp pain; stomach cramps, etc. caused due to blockage of the bile duct (biliary colic).
Renal colic
This medicine may be used to relieve an intense pain caused due to blockage of the urinary tract.
Dysmenorrhea
This medicine may be used to relieve pain and cramps associated with a menstrual period.
When not to use?
Allergy
This medicine is not recommended for use in patients with a known allergy to camylofin, paracetamol, or any other inactive ingredient present along with the formulation.
Narrow-angle glaucoma
This medicine is not recommended for use in patients suffering from narrow-angle glaucoma due to the increased risk of worsening of the patient’s condition.
Prostatic hypertrophy
This medicine is not recommended for use in patients suffering from prostatic hypertrophy (enlarged prostate) since it may worsen the patient’s condition.
Mechanical bowel obstruction
