Cilamet XL 20/50 Tablet is used for the treatment, control, prevention, & improvement of the following diseases, conditions and symptoms:
Hypertension
Angina pectoris
Heart failure

Precautions
Before using Cilamet XL 20/50 Tablet, inform your doctor about your current list of medications, over the counter products (e.g. vitamins, herbal supplements, etc.), allergies, pre-existing diseases, and current health conditions (e.g. pregnancy, upcoming surgery, etc.). Discontinue in case of ischemic pain following administration
Do not stop taking drug suddenly in case of angina
diabetic patients
patients with ischemic heart disease
patients with peripheral vascular disease

When not to use Cilamet XL 20/50 Tablet
Hypersensitivity to Cilamet XL 20/50 Tablet is a contraindication. In addition, Cilamet XL 20/50 Tablet should not be used if you have the following conditions:
Acute myocardial infarction
Cardiac ischemia
Preexisting heart conditions
Unstable angina
cardiogenic shock
decompensated cardiac failure
heart block greater than first degree
hypersensitivity
severe bradycardia
sick sinus syndrome
