Vintor 2000 IU injection contains Erythropoietin alfa 2000IU a hematopoietic growth factor used in the treatment of anemia that occurs due to chronic kidney disease and cancer chemotherapy and in patients who are taking medicine to treat HIV. It produces its action by producing red blood cells by stimulating bone marrow.

• Do not take this medicine if you are allergic to Erythropoietin
• It is contraindicated to use this medicine in patients with uncontrolled hypertension
• Pure red cell aplasia begins after the treatment with Erythropoietin alfa
• It is contraindicated to use this medicine in cancer patients whose anemia is caused by other than chemotherapy
