Elevated blood pressure
The following is a list of possible side-effects that may occur from all constituting ingredients of Vinicor D 50 Tablet. This is not a comprehensive list. These side-effects are possible, but do not always occur. Some of the side-effects may be rare but serious. Consult your doctor if you observe any of the following side-effects, especially if they do not go away.
Cold hands and feet
Slow heart rate
Congestive heart failure
Short term memory loss
Severe itching of the skin
Increased redness, itchiness, scaly patches on skin
Reversible partial or complete absence of hair from areas of the body
Shrinkage of the conjunctiva
Shortness of breath
Difficulty in sleeping
Abnormally high level of glucose in urine
Abnormal liver function
Yellowing of skin
Low blood magnesium level
High blood glucose level
Abnormal blood counts
Low blood pressure with change in position
Pale red rash
Low potassium in blood
Abnormally high level of uric acid in blood
Sensitivity to sunlight
Difficulty in passing stool
Worsening of diabetic metabolic state
Loss of appetite
High blood sodium level

Avoid drinking alcohol
Avoid getting dehydrated during exercise and in hot weather
Consult your doctor in case of existing fluid and electrolyte disturbances, hepatic cirrhosis, severe heart failure, hyperuricemia, mild to moderate renal impairment
Do not take chlorthalidone and potassium salt or a potassium sparing diuretic
Exercise caution in case of kidney or liver disease and diabetes

When not to use Vinicor D 50 Tablet
Hypersensitivity to Vinicor D 50 Tablet is a contraindication. In addition, Vinicor D 50 Tablet should not be used if you have the following conditions:
Lack of urine production
Overt cardiac failure
