Twagic Spas Tablet is used for the treatment, control, prevention, & improvement of the following diseases, conditions and symptoms:
Irritable bowel syndrome
Analgesic

Side-effects
The following is a list of possible side-effects that may occur from all constituting ingredients of Twagic Spas Tablet. This is not a comprehensive list. These side-effects are possible, but do not always occur. Some of the side-effects may be rare but serious. Consult your doctor if you observe any of the following side-effects, especially if they do not go away.
Dry mouth
Dizziness
Blurred vision
Nausea
Light-headedness
Drowsiness
Weakness
Nervousness
Ulcers in stomach
Abnormal dark colored stools
Ulceration around mouth or lips
Indigestion
Abdominal pain
Vomiting
Perforation or gastrointestinal bleeding
Gastrointestinal hemorrhage
Exacerbation or inflammation of large intestine
Inflammatory bowel disease
Loss of appetite
Vomiting of blood
Skin allergies
Diarrhea
Constipation
Allergic reactions may include swelling of tongue
Throat
Golden coloured urine
Lips or face
Redness or itching of skin or difficulty in breathing

Precautions
Before using Twagic Spas Tablet, inform your doctor about your current list of medications, over the counter products (e.g. vitamins, herbal supplements, etc.), allergies, pre-existing diseases, and current health conditions (e.g. pregnancy, upcoming surgery, etc.). Some health conditions may make you more susceptible to the side-effects of the drug. Take as directed by your doctor or follow the direction printed on the product insert. Dosage is based on your condition. Tell your doctor if your condition persists or worsens. Important counseling points are listed below.
Avoid using pamabrom if allergic to it
Consult your doctor before taking the medicine in case of pregnancy or breastfeeding
Do not drive or operate machinery since this drug may cause drowsiness or blurred vision
Do not use this drug in combination with sleeping pill, narcotic medicine and muscle relaxer
Drink 8-10 glasses of water while taking pamabrom
Have renal and hepatic impairment
Overdosage may lead to muscular weakness and paralysis
Patients with autonomic neuropathy
Patients with cardiac tachyarrhythmia
Patients with congestive heart failure

This may increase your risk for side-effects or cause your drug not to work properly. When not to use Twagic Spas Tablet
Hypersensitivity to Twagic Spas Tablet is a contraindication. In addition, Twagic Spas Tablet should not be used if you have the following conditions:
Acute liver failure
Blockage of urinary bladder
Breastfeeding
Chronic difficulty having a bowel movement
Closed angle glaucoma
Coronary artery bypass graft surgery
Enlarged prostate
Epilepsy
Glaucoma
High blood pressure
