Triolmesar 20 Tablet
TriOlmesar 20 Tablet is a combination of Hydrochlorothiazide, Amlodipine and Olmesartan. It is used in the treatment of high blood pressure. TriOlmesar 20 Tablet has some side effects like swelling in your ankles or feet, headache, sleepiness, dizziness, cough, nausea, and upset stomach. This medicine may cause you to urinate more often as it works by removing extra water from your body. If any of these side effects do not resolve with time or get worse, consult your doctor immediately. Avoid taking this medicine if you are allergic to it.
TriOlmesar 20 Tablet can be taken with or without food. The dose will be decided by your doctor depending on your health condition. Take this medicine at the same time every day to maintain a constant level in the blood. Avoid the discontinuation of this medicine without your doctor’s consultation as it can cause your blood pressure to rise, thereby increasing the risk of heart attack and stroke (a condition that occurs due to reduced blood supply to the brain).
