The following is a list of possible side-effects that may occur from all constituting ingredients of Tricium Plus Tablet. This is not a comprehensive list. These side-effects are possible, but do not always occur. Some of the side-effects may be rare but serious. Consult your doctor if you observe any of the following side-effects, especially if they do not go away.
Decreased vitamin b12 serum levels
Skin inflammation and peeling
Vomiting at higher dosage
Disturbance in heart rhythm
Slow heart rate
Gas or bloating
Bitter or bad taste
Altered sleep patterns
Difficulty in concentrating
Seizures in epileptic patients receiving phenobarbital, primidone, or diphenylhydantoin
Decreased diphenylhydantoin serum levels in folate-deficient patients
Rash may be seen after administration
Loss of appetite
Feeling of sickness
Drowsiness or confusion
Excess calcium in the blood or urine
Decreased movement or activity
Difficulty in breathing
Yellow eyes or skin

Before using Tricium Plus Tablet, inform your doctor about your current list of medications, over the counter products (e.g. vitamins, herbal supplements, etc.), allergies, pre-existing diseases, and current health conditions (e.g. pregnancy, upcoming surgery, etc.). Administration of folic acid alone is improper therapy for pernicious anemia and other megaloblastic anemias in which vitamin B12 is deficient
Avoid alcohol consumption, especially if having alcoholic cirrhosis
Consult your doctor in case of allergies, diarrhea, stomach or intestinal problems, heart disease, hypercalciuria, hyperparathyroidism, sarcoidosis, renal impairment, hypercalcaemia-associated disease
Consult your doctor in case of questions about the amount of calcium you should be taking in each day
Do not give injectable form of calcium to children

Hypersensitivity to Tricium Plus Tablet is a contraindication. In addition, Tricium Plus Tablet should not be used if you have the following conditions:

Higher than normal levels of calcium in urine
