Thioril 50 Tablet
Thioril 50Mg Tablet is a phenothiazine that is used to treat people with schizophrenia who cannot take other medicines or who show no improvement.
It is not to be used if you are allergic to Thioril 50Mg Tablet or any other phenothiazines. It is not to be taken if you have an irregular heartbeat, if you have taken narcotic medicines like codeine, or if you have consumed large amounts of alcohol. Medicines like astemizole, cabergoline, cisapride, dofetilide, metoclopramide, pergolide can create complications when taken with Thioril 50Mg Tablet.
Thioril 50 Mg Tablet is to be taken with or without food. In case taking it empty stomach causes some stomach irritation, take it with food. Never take a double dose of Thioril 50Mg Tablet, it is better that you skip it till the next time you take it. It is important that you take it regularly.
The most common side effects of Thioril 50Mg Tablet are enlarged pupils, jitteriness, drowsiness, dry mouth and stuffy nose. Some of the more severe side effects are tremor, twitching, blurred vison, confusion and decreased coordination.
