Contraindications of Risofos 35 MG

If you are allergic to risedronate or any of the other ingredients of Risofos 35 Tablet.

If you have severe kidney disease.

If you are pregnant or breastfeeding.

If your blood calcium levels are lower than normal, a condition called hypocalcemia.

You are unable to fully digest milk sugar (lactose).

You have difficulty sitting or standing for at least 30 minutes.

You have difficulty in swallowing or breathing, heartburn or chest pain or any other pre-existing medical condition etc.

Interactions with other medicines

Certain medicines can interfere with the action of the Risofos 35 tablet if taken at the same time. In particular, if you are taking antacids or other medicines containing calcium, magnesium or aluminium affects the absorption of this medicine.
