Are there any missed dose instructions?
If you miss a dose of Risedronate, skip it and continue with your normal schedule. Do not double the dose.
Work
This medicine is used in the treatment of osteoporosis. The drug affects hydroxyapatite and inhibits FPP synthase, thereby halting the biosynthesis of isoprenoid lipids. As a result bone reabsorption and turnover is reduced.
