Olmat 20 MG Tablet has some side effects like cough, nausea, headache, diarrhoea, upset stomach, etc. This medicine may cause dizziness, therefore avoid driving vehicles or operating machines. Hypertension or high blood pressure is a condition in which the force exerted by the circulating blood on the walls of the blood vessel is high. Olmat 20 MG Tablet is used to control high blood pressure.
When not to use?
Avoid taking Olmat 20 MG Tablet if you are allergic to it. Seek immediate medical attention if you notice any symptoms such as skin rash, itching/swelling of the face/tongue/throat, breathing difficulty, etc.
Combined use of Olmat 20 MG Tablet and Aliskiren (a medicine used to reduce blood pressure) is not recommended if you have diabetes (high blood sugar levels) and/or moderate to severe kidney impairment as it may increase the risk of kidney damage.
