Overview

New Nervijen Plus Capsule is used for Nerve damage, Numbness and tingling, Pain in neurological disorders, Diabetic polyneuropathy, Weight loss, High cholesterol, Vitamin b3 deficiency, Anaemia, Arthritis, Poor diet and other conditions. New Nervijen Plus Capsule may also be used for purposes not listed in this medication guide.

New Nervijen Plus Capsule contains Alpha Lipoic Acid, Benfotiamine, Folic Acid, Methylcobalamin, Nicotinamide and Pyridoxine Hydrochloride as active ingredients.
New Nervijen Plus Capsule works by works in recovery process of damaged nerve cells; inducing the oxidative stress response and chelating iron; increasing intracellular thiamine levels; acting as a coenzyme in the metabolism of protein, carbohydrate, and fat; helping tissue in respiration and metabolism of fats, protein thus lowers blood cholesterol by inhibiting the synthesis of LDL; acting on megaloblastic bone marrow to produce a normoblastic marrow;

Side-effects

The following is a list of possible side-effects that may occur from all constituting ingredients of New Nervijen Plus Capsule. This is not a comprehensive list. These side-effects are possible, but do not always occur. Some of the side-effects may be rare but serious. Precautions

Before using New Nervijen Plus Capsule, inform your doctor about your current list of medications, over the counter products (e.g. vitamins, herbal supplements, etc.), allergies, pre-existing diseases, and current health conditions (e.g. pregnancy, upcoming surgery, etc.). Some health conditions may make you more susceptible to the side-effects of the drug. Take as directed by your doctor or follow the direction printed on the product insert. Dosage is based on your condition. Tell your doctor if your condition persists or worsens. Important counseling points are listed below.
Administration of folic acid alone is improper therapy for pernicious anemia and other megaloblastic anemias in which vitamin B12 is deficient
Any allergy
Avoid alcohol consumption, especially if having alcoholic cirrhosis
Bleeding or blood clotting disorder
Breastfeeding
Do not consume if allergic to any ingredient in the medicine
Do not consume if pregnant or breastfeeding
Do not take it on your own
Do not take this medicine as a sole treatment for diabetes and its complications
Do not use the medicine if suffering from renal or hepatic impairment

If you use other drugs or over the counter products at the same time, the effects of New Nervijen Plus Capsule may change. This may increase your risk for side-effects or cause your drug not to work properly. Tell your doctor about all the drugs, vitamins, and herbal supplements you are using, so that you doctor can help you prevent or manage drug interactions. New Nervijen Plus Capsule may interact with the following drugs and products:

When not to use New Nervijen Plus Capsule

Hypersensitivity to New Nervijen Plus Capsule is a contraindication. In addition, New Nervijen Plus Capsule should not be used if you have the following conditions:
Active peptic ulcer
Acute myocardial infarction
Allergic to Saw Palmetto
Asthma or other breathing disorder
Cardiac arrhythmias
Diabetes mellitus
Heart disease
Heart rhythm disorder
History of stomach ulcer
Hypersensitivity
