Introduction
Mahacef-Plus 100 Tablet is an antibiotic that cures bacterial infections in the eyes, ears, nose, throat, lungs, skin, bone and joints, gastrointestinal tract, and urinary tract of your child. It can also be used to treat children and adolescents with typhoid fever.
Mahacef-Plus 100 Tablets orally at a set time, ideally before or after meals. If your child develops a stomach ache, give it with meals instead. The dose and duration are determined by the type and severity of the infection, your child’s age, and body weight, so follow the doctor’s instructions for the dose, time, and method. If your kid vomits within 30 minutes of taking the medicine, give the same amount again, but do not double the dose if the next dose is due.
Medicine Activity
Two antibiotics are contained in Mahacef-Plus 100 Tablet. Cefixime prevents the production of the bacterial protective layer (cell wall), whereas ofloxacin interacts directly with bacteria’s genetic material. As a result, the infection-causing bacteria stop developing and the infection’s spread is successfully stopped.
