Lipirose F (10/145 mg) Tablet is a combination of Rosuvastatin and Fenofibrate. It is a medicine used in the treatment of high blood cholesterol and triglycerides (fats) levels. This medicine works by blocking the production of unhealthy fats in your body and prevents the risk of heart problems and stroke (a condition that causes reduced oxygen supply to the brain).
Lipirose F (10/145 mg) Tablet has some side effects like headache, nausea, weakness, muscle pain, and stomach pain. These side effects are mild and may subside by themselves. When not to use?
Allergy
Avoid taking Lipirose F (10/145 mg) Tablet if you are allergic to it. Seek immediate medical attention if you notice symptoms such as skin rash, itching/swelling (especially of the face/tongue/throat), severe dizziness, breathing difficulty, etc.
Active liver disease

Severe kidney impairment

Gallbladder disease
Lipirose F (10/145 mg) Tablet is not recommended for use if you have any conditions affecting your gallbladder such as gallstones (solid deposits that develop in your gallbladder, a small pouch that stores bile produced by the liver). This medicine may further increase the risk of gallstones due to increased excretion of cholesterol into the bile (a fluid produced in the liver that helps in digestion).

Dosage
Missed Dose
Try not to skip a dose of Lipirose F (10/145 mg) Tablet. In case you missed a dose, take it immediately. However, if the delay is more than 12 hours, skip the dose. Do not take a double dose to make up for the missed dose.
