Herpex 800mg DT Tablet 5’s contains a class of antiviral medication, aciclovir, which is used to treat viral infections. It plays a vital role in treating cold sores (an inflamed blister in or near the mouth, caused by infection with the herpes simplex virus), genital herpes (a common sexually transmitted infection marked by genital pain and sores), and herpes zoster (a viral infection that causes a painful rash). In addition to this, it is also used to treat chickenpox. Herpex 800mg DT Tablet 5’s does not cure herpes but does not allow the infection to spread and treat its symptoms.
Herpex 800 DT Tablet 5’s contains aciclovir, which is an antiviral medication. Herpex 800 DT Tablet 5’s prevents the multiplication of viruses in human cells by acting on its DNA results in decrease viral overload.
Herpex 800 DT Tablet 5’s is taken with or without food in a dose and duration as advised by the doctor. The dose you are given will depend on your condition and how you respond to Herpex 800 DT Tablet 5’s. In some cases, you may experience headaches, feeling dizzy, feeling or being sick (nausea or vomiting), diarrhoea, and skin is sensitive to sunlight. Most of these side effects of Herpex 800 DT Tablet 5’s are temporary, do not require medical attention, and gradually resolve over time. However, if the side effects are persistent, reach out to your doctor.

Do not take Herpex 800 DT Tablet 5’s if you are allergic to Herpex 800 DT Tablet 5’s or any of its ingredients. Inform your doctor about all other OTC medications, vitamins, nutritional supplements, and herbal products you are taking or plan to take. If you are 65 years of age or have kidney disease or kidney transplant, heart problem or history of heart problem, have HIV/AIDS, are pregnant, or plan to become pregnant, Herpex 800 DT Tablet 5’s should be taken with caution and only if a doctor prescribes you. Herpex 800 DT Tablet 5’s may cause dizziness, lightheadedness, and fainting when you get up too quickly from a lying position, especially when you start taking Herpex 800 DT Tablet 5’s so please get up gradually. Also, do not drive a car or operate any machinery which requires concentration as Herpex 800 DT Tablet 5’s may cause dizziness. Please do not take Herpex 800 DT Tablet 5’s if you have ever developed a rash due to fever. Use protection while having sexual intercourse to avoid the transfer of genital herpes (a sexually transmitted disease) to your partner. Drink plenty of fluid as Herpex 800 DT Tablet 5’s can cause dehydration and kidney damage.
