Easypreg OD Tablet may also be used for purposes not listed in this medication guide.
Easypreg OD Tablet contains Doxylamine, Folic Acid and Pyridoxine as active ingredients.
Easypreg OD Tablet works by modifying the electrical activity thus relaxing and slowing overactive heart muscles; blocking histamine at H1 receptors; acting on megaloblastic bone marrow to produce a normoblastic marrow;

Easypreg OD Tablet is used for the treatment, control, prevention, & improvement of the following diseases, conditions and symptoms:
Morning sickness in pregnant women
Treatment of anemias of nutritional origin, pregnancy, infancy, or childhood
Increased requirement of folate in the body during pregnancy

High cholesterol
Clogged arteries

Side-effects
The following is a list of possible side-effects that may occur from all constituting ingredients of Easypreg OD Tablet. This is not a comprehensive list. These side-effects are possible, but do not always occur. Some of the side-effects may be rare but serious. Consult your doctor if you observe any of the following side-effects, especially if they do not go away.
Dysfunction of nerves resulting in numbness
Pain
Confusion or hallucinations
Dry mouth
Mild dizziness or drowsiness
Blurred vision
Constipation
Little or no urination
Ataxia
Urinary retention
Drowsiness
Rarely hallucinations
Seizures
Destruction of striated muscle cells
Allergic reactions

Precautions
Before using Easypreg OD Tablet, inform your doctor about your current list of medications, over the counter products (e.g. vitamins, herbal supplements, etc.), allergies, pre-existing diseases, and current health conditions (e.g. pregnancy, upcoming surgery, etc.). Administration of folic acid alone is improper therapy for pernicious anemia and other megaloblastic anemias in which vitamin B12 is deficient
Asthma
Avoid alcohol consumption, especially if having alcoholic cirrhosis
Avoid driving or operating heavy machinery if you experience dizziness fromt his medication
Be careful while exercising or in hot weather
Blocking of airflow to the lungs
Children less than 6 years of age
Chronic lung diseases
Difficulty in breathing
Do not take alcohol

When not to use Easypreg OD Tablet
Hypersensitivity to Easypreg OD Tablet is a contraindication. In addition, Easypreg OD Tablet should not be used if you have the following conditions:
Allergic reactions
Double dose
Enlarged prostate
Glaucoma
Intolerance to the drug
Mechanical obstructors
Simultaneous use with alcohol and sedatives
