Drolgan tablet is used to provide relief from muscular pain due to spasms. It is a combination medicine containing drotaverine and aceclofenac as active ingredients. Drolgan tablet is a pain-reliever medicine. It works by relaxing the smooth muscle, thereby providing relief from spasms and pain. This medicine should be taken as directed by the doctor and in doses and duration as prescribed. Contraindications of Drolgan Tablet

Mode of Action of Drolgan Tablet
How Does It Work?

Drotaverine works by inhibiting the action of an enzyme phosphodiesterase, thus resulting in relaxation of smooth muscle and dilation of blood vessels.

Aceclofenac acts by inhibiting the release of prostaglandins responsible for pain sensation. Thus, providing relief from spasms and pain.

Swallow it whole with a glass of water, do not cut, break or chew the medicine.

Dosage of Drolgan Tablet
Overdose
You may experience nausea, stomach or intestinal bleeding, irritation, weakness, malaise, dizziness, vomiting, headache, a drop in blood pressure and sleepiness if consumed in excess. Contact your doctor immediately or visit the nearest hospital.
Missed a Dose
If you have missed taking any dose of Drolgan tablet, take it as soon as you remember. If it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and take the next dose at the scheduled time. Do not take a double dose to compensate for the missed dose.
