Acrotac 10 Capsule is a retinoid (vitamin A derivative) used for the treatment of psoriasis (a skin disorder caused due to rapid buildup of skin cells leading to scaly, itchy, and dry patches). This medicine works by slowing down the growth of the skin cells.
Acrotac 10 Capsule may cause side effects like nausea, headache, back pain, joint pain, nosebleed, peeling and dry skin, taste change, hair loss, etc. Consult your doctor if these side effects bother you for a long time or become severe. Avoid driving vehicles or operating machines after taking this medicine as it can cause decreased night vision.
Acrotac 10 Capsule is a prescription medicine. Take it with food for better effects. Take this medicine at the same time every day to maintain a constant level in your body. Do not stop taking this medicine without consulting your doctor, as your symptoms could reoccur or become worse.

Allergy
Acrotac 10mg Capsule is not recommended for use if you are allergic to it. Seek immediate medical attention if you experience symptoms like rashes, hives (itchy, painful eruptions that sting), itching/swelling (especially of the face/tongue/throat), severe dizziness, difficulty breathing, etc.
Severe kidney impairment
Acrotac 10 Capsule is excreted via the kidney and may get accumulated in your body if your kidneys are not functioning properly. This can increase the risk of severe side effects. Hence, this medicine is not recommended for use if you have severe kidney problems.
Severe liver impairment
