Side-effects

Precautions

Before using Twagic Spas Tablet, inform your doctor about your current list of medications, over the counter products (e.g. vitamins, herbal supplements, etc.), allergies, pre-existing diseases, and current health conditions (e.g. pregnancy, upcoming surgery, etc.). Avoid using pamabrom if allergic to it
Consult your doctor before taking the medicine in case of pregnancy or breastfeeding
Do not drive or operate machinery since this drug may cause drowsiness or blurred vision
Do not use this drug in combination with sleeping pill, narcotic medicine and muscle relaxer
Drink 8-10 glasses of water while taking pamabrom
Have renal and hepatic impairment
Overdosage may lead to muscular weakness and paralysis
Patients with autonomic neuropathy
Patients with cardiac tachyarrhythmia
Patients with congestive heart failure

When not to use Twagic Spas Tablet

Hypersensitivity to Twagic Spas Tablet is a contraindication. In addition, Twagic Spas Tablet should not be used if you have the following conditions:
Acute liver failure
Blockage of urinary bladder
Breastfeeding
Chronic difficulty having a bowel movement
Closed angle glaucoma
Coronary artery bypass graft surgery
Enlarged prostate
Epilepsy
Glaucoma
High blood pressure
