Xtiv Capsule is used for Normal functioning of muscles, Psoriasis, Normal functioning of nerves, High cholesterol, Arthritis, Hypocalcemia, Minor skin infections, Vitiligo, Vitamin b3 deficiency, Adhd and other conditions. Xtiv Capsule may also be used for purposes not listed in this medication guide.
Xtiv Capsule contains Calcium, Choline Bitartrate, Copper Sulphate, Ginkgo Biloba Dry Extract, Magnesium, Niacinamide, Wheat Germ Oil and Zinc Oxide as active ingredients.
Xtiv Capsule works by interfering with changes in the brain; improving the blood circulation to the skin and to the hair; helping the nervous system and brain to function properly; curing weakening of bones and for better absorption; lowering blood cholesterol and triglyceride levels by inhibiting the synthesis of very low density lipoproteins; forming a barrier on top of the skin that protects the area from moisture and irritants; relaxing the muscles and nerves during stress; acting in the tricarboxylic acid cycle at the alpha-ketoglutarate level;

The following is a list of possible side-effects that may occur from all constituting ingredients of Xtiv Capsule. This is not a comprehensive list. Increased risk of bleeding
Irritation on the application site
A fishy body odor
Vomiting at higher dosage
Disturbance in heart rhythm
Slow heart rate
Gas or bloating
Blockade of portal blood vessels due to fibrosis
Urge to vomit
Stiffness of the face
Inability to focus
Failure of bile secretion in the intestine
Difficulty in breathing
Swelling of the mouth
Rashes on tongue or lips
Edema of eyelids
Ulceration of the cornea
Clouding of the cornea

Before using Xtiv Capsule, inform your doctor about your current list of medications, over the counter products (e.g. vitamins, herbal supplements, etc.), allergies, pre-existing diseases, and current health conditions (e.g. pregnancy, upcoming surgery, etc.). Some health conditions may make you more susceptible to the side-effects of the drug. Take as directed by your doctor or follow the direction printed on the product insert. Avoid alcohol intake while treating with niacin
Avoid taking in empty stomach
Beware that overdose causes enteritis, hepatitis, and nephritis

Hypersensitivity to Xtiv Capsule is a contraindication. In addition, Xtiv Capsule should not be used if you have the following conditions:
Chronic copper toxicity
High levels affect zinc absorption
Higher than normal levels of calcium in urine
