Tissot Tablet (Beta-carotene)

Tissot Tablet contains Beta-carotene, Copper oxide, Manganese, Zinc, Green tea powder, Lycopene, Selenium, Vitamin C, and Vitamin E.

Beta carotene, a dietary supplement belongs to class of Vitamin A, is recommended for the prevention of Vitamin A deficiency and to reduce the severity of photosensitivity reactions in erythropoietic patients. Beta carotene (carotenoid) as an antioxidant offers protection against harmful UV radiation and free radical damage. Beta carotene scavenges free radicals including singlet oxygen and superoxide anions and prevents ROS mediated cell damage.

Used to decrease asthma symptoms caused by exercise;
to prevent certain cancers, heart disease, cataracts, and age related macular degeneration (AMD); headache, heartburn, high blood pressure, rheumatoid arthritis, and skin disorders including psoriasis and Vitiligo.

Used in malnourished (underfed) women to reduce the chance of death and night blindness during pregnancy, as well as diarrhea and fever after giving birth.
