How Does It Work?
The medicine dutasteride acts by reducing the production of a hormone called dihydrotestosterone. Excess production of this hormone causes growth of the prostate gland. Sildoo D helps to shrink the gland and relieve symptoms. The other medicine silodosin acts by relaxing the muscles of prostate gland, urinary bladder and urethra to allow easy urine flow and relieve symptoms of enlarged prostate.
