Rituxirel 100mg Injection contains Rituximab 100mg used to treat Non-Hodgkin lymphoma, Rheumatoid arthritis, Chronic lymphocytic leukemia, Granulomatosis with polyangiitis, Pemphigus Vulgaris, and Microscopic polyangiitis. It is used alone or with other combinations.

It is used in the treatment of the following conditions as Non-Hodgkin lymphoma, Rheumatoid arthritis, Chronic lymphocytic leukemia, Granulomatosis with polyangiitis, Pemphigus Vulgaris, and Microscopic polyangiitis

Rheumatoid arthritis

Non-Hodgkins leukemia

RITUXIREL 100MG INJECTION INDICATION

The Rituxirel 100mg Injection is prescribed in the following indications as

• Non-Hodgkin lymphoma who has relapsed or follicular type with CD20 positive and B cell-based
• Chronic lymphocytic leukemia
• Rheumatoid arthritis
• Wegener granulomatosis
• Microscopic polyangiitis
• Pemphigus Vulgaris

It is used as an orphan drug in the case of idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura and Rasmussen encephalitis

MECHANISM OF ACTION OF RITUXIREL 100MG INJECTION

Rituxirel 100mg Injection contains Rituximab 100mg is an anti-cancer medication, a monoclonal CD20 antibody. It produces its action by binding with CD20 antigen which is located on premature and mature B cells lymphocytes. CD20 regulates initiation and differentiation of cell cycle thus promoting B cell lysis initiated by complement dependant cytotoxicity, and antibody-mediated cell-mediated cytotoxicity thus cell death occurs.

HOW RITUXIREL 100MG INJECTION WORKS

Rituxirel 100mg Injection contains Rituximab 100mg is an anti-cancer medication, a monoclonal CD20 antibody. It produces its action by binding to the receptor of CD20 surface antigen present on B cell lymphocytes. Rituxirel 100mg Injection promotes abnormal B cell lysis thus apoptosis is triggered to control and treat B cell dependant types of cancers and related conditions.

RITUXIREL 100MG INJECTION CONTRAINDICATION

• It is contraindicated to use this medicine in a patient who is having an active infection and with severe immunocompromise.
