Nortipan M 1500 Mcg/10 Mg/75 Mg Tablet is used to treat neuropathic pain & helps the body to produce red blood cells. Being a combination medication containing Methylcobalamin, Nortriptyline, Pregabalin, it is used as a dietary supplement.
Nortipan M 1500 Mcg/10 Mg/75 Mg Tablet is a combination of medicine that works through multiple mechanisms. The main active constituents of this medicine are nortriptyline and pregabalin.
Nortriptyline falls under a category of medications called tricyclic antidepressants. Pregabalin is an anticonvulsant & is considered to be the first-line of treatment for neurotic pain, shingles, seizures and fibromyalgia.

Work
This medication acts as a cofactor for enzyme methionine synthase, which transfers methyl groups for the regeneration of methionine from homocysteine. In anemia, it increases blood cell production by promoting nucleic acid synthesis in the bone marrow and by promoting maturation and division of erythrocytes.
