Uses
Mox CV 375 Tablet is used for the treatment, control, prevention, & improvement of the following diseases, conditions and symptoms:
Bacterial infections
Lower respiratory tract infections
Otitis media
Sinusitis
Skin and skin structure infections

Precautions
Before using Mox CV 375 Tablet, inform your doctor about your current list of medications, over the counter products (e.g. vitamins, herbal supplements, etc.), allergies, pre-existing diseases, and current health conditions (e.g. pregnancy, upcoming surgery, etc.). Some health conditions may make you more susceptible to the side-effects of the drug. Take as directed by your doctor or follow the direction printed on the product insert. Dosage is based on your condition. Tell your doctor if your condition persists or worsens. Important counseling points are listed below.
Clostridium difficile associated diarrhea
Consult your doctor immediately if you develop watery or bloody diarrhea during or after this medication
Diarrhea is a common problem
Do not take it for more than 2 weeks
Do periodic assessment of renal, hepatic or hematopoietic functions
Hepatic dysfunction
If the drug format is suspension, keep it refrigerated and shake well before using
It may reduce the effect of oral contraceptives
It treats bacterial infections and does not treat viral infections
Keep taking medicine until treatment is finished

When not to use Mox CV 375 Tablet
Hypersensitivity to Mox CV 375 Tablet is a contraindication. In addition, Mox CV 375 Tablet should not be used if you have the following conditions:
History of cholestatic jaundice or hepatic dysfunction associated with Amoxicillin and Clavulanate
Hypersensitivity to any penicillin
Penicillin hypersensitivity
