Mefkind Forte Tablet is a combination of two medicines: Mefenamic Acid and Paracetamol/Acetaminophen. It works by blocking the release of certain chemical messengers that cause fever, pain and inflammation (redness and swelling).

Instructions for taking Mefkind Forte Tablet
Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Kindly seek your doctor’s advice for the proper dose and duration of the medicine.
Don’t miss your dose and always try to take the medicine at the fixed possible time. In case you miss a dose and it’s time for your next dose then instead of overdosing, take your next dose. Do not take 2 or more doses at the same time. Don’t change the dose or stop the medication without consulting your doctor.

For Pregnant Women
Mefkind Forte Tablet might be unsafe if used during pregnancy as it might have harmful effects on the health of developing baby. Kindly consult your doctor.
For Lactating Mother
Mefkind Forte Tablet is probably safe if taken during lactation. Studies suggest that the medicine do not mix with mother’s milk in significant amount and cause no harm to the baby. Still it is advised to consult your doctor before taking the medicine.
