Embeta TM 25mg Tablet is used for High blood pressure, Heart attack, Heart failure, Kidney failure in patients with diabetes, Hypertension, Cardiac arrhythmias, Supraventricular arrhythmia, Angina pectoris, Hyperthyroidism, Myocardial infarction and other conditions. Embeta Tm 25 Tablet may also be used for purposes not listed in this medication guide.

Embeta Tm 25 Tablet contains Metoprolol and Telmisartan as active ingredients.
Embeta Tm 25 Tablet works by blocking the action of a substance responsible for narrowing the blood vessels; relaxing blood vessels thus decreasing blood pressure and by reducing infarct size;

When not to use Embeta Tm 25 Tablet

Hypersensitivity to Embeta Tm 25 Tablet is a contraindication. In addition, Embeta Tm 25 Tablet should not be used if you have the following conditions:
Breastfeeding
Cardiogenic shock
Heart block
Hepatic impairment
Hypersensitivity
Obstructive biliary disorders
Overt cardiac failure
Pregnant
Sinus bradycardia
