Duzela Capsule is used to manage the symptoms of depression such as mood swings, hopelessness and sleep disturbances. It is used to treat anxiety disorder, diabetic neuropathy (sensations of tingling in the foot or hand due to damage of nerves in diabetic patients) and fibromyalgia (muscle pain and stiffness). Duloxetine is an active ingredient in Duzela Capsules that increases the natural brain chemicals to help maintain mental balance and relieve nerve pain. You should take a Duzela Capsule as prescribed by your doctor. The duration and dose of taking Duzela Capsule vary depending on the patient’s condition and age. Duzela Capsule may cause minor to serious side effects such as nausea, vomiting, constipation, diarrhoea, stomach pain, dry mouth, and headache.

Contraindications of Duzela 60 MG

If you’ve an allergy to duloxetine or any other ingredients in this medicine.

If you had or are suffering from severe liver or kidney disease.

If you take any medicines of the group Monoamine Oxidase Inhibitors (medications used in managing depression).

If you’re taking medications to treat depression (fluvoxamine).

If you are taking medicines for any infection (ciprofloxacin).

Directions for Use of Duzela 60 MG

Duzela Capsule must be taken as per the doctor’s prescription.

Duzela Capsule can be taken with or without food.

Make sure to swallow the Duzela Capsule as a whole and do not chew, crush or break it.

Duzela Capsule must be taken at the same time.

The dosage and frequency of Duzela Capsule must not change without consulting your doctor.

Do not stop taking Duzela Capsule on your own, and you should continue taking it as long as your doctor recommends.

Storage and disposal of Duzela 60 MG
Duzela Capsule must be stored in a dry place, away from sunlight, at room temperature, away from the reach of children. Dispose of the medicine so that it is out of reach of children and cannot be consumed by pets.
Dosage of Duzela 60 MG
Overdose
Nausea (feeling sick), vomiting, dizziness, fast heartbeat, lightheadedness, seizures, feeling too much happiness or sadness, and coma are some of the symptoms of an overdose of this medicine. If you have taken too much of the Duzela Capsule, reach out to your doctor or the nearest hospital immediately.
Missed a Dose
If you missed a dose of this capsule, take it immediately as soon as you remember it making sure that it is not the time for your next dose. If it is time for your next dose, do not take the missed dose and continue regularly. Taking double doses can lead to overdose.
