Consult your doctor if they bother you for a long time or become severe. This medicine may also increase the risk of bleeding. Do not take this medicine if you are allergic to it.
Arvast-A 150 Capsule should be taken with food to avoid stomach irritation. Take it every day at the same time for the ease of remembering. Never take more than the prescribed dose as its overdose may lead to severe side effects. Do not stop taking this medicine without consulting your doctor as it may worsen your condition.

Arvast-A 150 Capsule is not recommended for use if you have active bleeding or haemorrhagic disorders such as haemophilia (a condition where your blood does not clot normally) or telangiectasia (a condition where small blood vessels located near the skin surface widen). This medicine prevents blood clot formation by permanently reducing platelet (cells that form clots) aggregation and thus increasing your bleeding time.
Active liver disease
Arvast-A 150 Capsule is broken down in your liver. Hence, this medicine is not recommended if you have pre-existing liver problems as it may lead to the accumulation of this medicine in your blood and increase the risk of severe side effects. It may also cause further liver damage.
Severe kidney disease
