Side effects of Telpres-MT 25 Tablet
The most common side effects of Telpres-MT 25 Tablet are – Headache, Back Pain, Dizziness, Atrial Fibrillation, Abdominal Pain, Diarrhea, Sinus Inflammation, Indigestion, Nausea, Vomiting
These side effects can usually occur in patients. However, these are only indicative and not all patients will experience them.
Precautions while using Telpres-MT 25 Tablet
Do not use Telpres MT 25mg Tablet if you are allergic to – Telmisartan, Metoprolol
If you have heart disease, liver or kidney disease, drug or alcohol addiction, consult your doctor before using Telpres-MT 25 Tablet.
If you are allergic to any medicine or food, consult your doctor before using this medicine.
Use this medicine under the supervision of your doctor.
To avoid an adverse reaction, consult your doctor if you are already taking other medicines.

How Telpres-MT 25 Tablet works
Telpres-MT 25 Tablet contains – Telmisartan, Metoprolol
Telmisartan blocks angiotensin II from binding to receptor sites in many tissues, including vascular smooth muscle and adrenal glands. This action inhibits the vasoconstrictive and aldosterone-secreting effects of angiotensin II, which reduces blood pressure.
Metoprolol is a selective beta blocker that selectively blocks beta receptors, decreases cardiac output, peripheral resistance and cardiac oxygen consumption, and depresses renin secretion.
Dosage of Telpres-MT 25 Tablet
The dosage of Telpres-MT 25 Tablet depends on many factors such as the patient age, health, medical condition or history of the patient and many other conditions.

Overdose of Telpres-MT 25 Tablet
If you forget to take a dose of Telpres-MT 25 Tablet, do not take two doses at the same time, there is a risk of overdose.
