Pentasa 2gm Sachet is an anti-inflammatory medicine used for the treatment of ulcerative colitis, a condition characterized by swelling and scarring of the colon and rectum. It is also used to control the symptoms of ulcerative colitis such as stomach pain, diarrhea, and rectal bleeding.

When not to use?

This medicine is not recommended for use in patients with a known allergy to mesalazine or any other components present along with the formulation.
