Storage and disposal of Valium 2 MG
Valium tablets should be stored in a cool and dry place away from direct sunlight. Used tablet cover should be disposed of immediately. Discard the expired and damaged medicines. Keep it away from children and pets as its consumption can be hazardous to them.
Dosage of Valium 2 MG
Overdose
There are chances of overdose when taken with other centrally-acting medications like opioids, alcohol and other CNS depressants, which work synergistically to increase toxicity. Initially, the symptoms are central nervous system depression. In mild cases, a person experiences lethargy, drowsiness, and confusion. In cases with severe overdose, symptoms manifest as ataxia, diminished reflexes, hypotonia, hypotension, respiratory depression, coma (rarely), and death (very rarely).
Missed a Dose
Do not take a double dose of Valium Tablet. In case one has missed the dose, take the next dose as soon as one remembers it. If the next dose is near, skip the missing dose and continue the routine schedule. As far as possible, stick to your dosing schedule.
