Ultranise Tablet

Mode of Action of Ultranise Tablet 10’S
How Does It Work?
Ultranise Tablet 10’S combines two medicines: Tramadol and Paracetamol, which relieve severe pain. Tramadol works by inhibiting the reuptake of norepinephrine, serotonin and enhances serotonin release. It’s metabolite O-desmethyltramadol acts on the µ-opioid receptor leading to decreased reaction to pain. Paracetamol shows analgesic activity by the peripheral stoppage of pain impulse production and generates antipyresis by restricting the hypothalamic heat-regulating centre. In addition to its anti-inflammatory properties, it inhibits prostaglandin synthesis in the central nervous system.
