Pexep Plus 12.5 IR Capsule is used for Depression, Obsessive compulsive disorder, Panic attacks, Anxiety disorder, Social anxiety, Post-traumatic stress disorder, Premenstrual dysphoric disorder, Treatment of seizure disorder, Treatment of panic disorder and other conditions. Pexep Plus 12.5 IR Capsule may also be used for purposes not listed in this medication guide.
Pexep Plus 12.5 IR Capsule contains Clonazepam and Paroxetine as active ingredients.

Pexep Plus 12.5 IR Capsule is used for the treatment, control, prevention, & improvement of the following diseases, conditions and symptoms:
Obsessive compulsive disorder
Post-traumatic stress disorder
Premenstrual dysphoric disorder
Treatment of seizure disorder
Treatment of panic disorder
The following is a list of possible side-effects that may occur from all constituting ingredients of Pexep Plus 12.5 IR Capsule. This is not a comprehensive list. Lack of appetite
Difficulty in concentrating
Feeling of sickness
Increased prolactin hormone level
Changes in sex drive
Dizziness or shakiness
Elevated levels of liver enzymes
Joint and muscle pain
Diarrhea or constipation
Increases in the level of cholesterol in the blood
Lack of energy
Jerky contraction of groups of muscles
Disease of muscle tissue
Weight loss or gain
Abnormal eye movements
Shortness of breath

Avoid abrupt discontinuation of this drug
Avoid using the drug in case of bleeding disorders
Close supervision of high risk patients with suicidal tendencies

Butyrophenone classes of antipsychotic agents
When not to use Pexep Plus 12.5 IR Capsule
Hypersensitivity to Pexep Plus 12.5 IR Capsule is a contraindication. In addition, Pexep Plus 12.5 IR Capsule should not be used if you have the following conditions:
Acute narrow angle glaucoma
Concomitant use in patients taking monoamine oxidase inhibitors
History of sensitivity to benzodiazepines
Significant liver disease
