Eslo AT Tablet contains Atenolol and S-Amlodipine as active ingredients.
Eslo AT Tablet works by blocking receptors resulting in slowing of heart rate and reducing oxygen demand; blocking the transmembrane influx of calcium ions into cardiac muscle and vascular smooth muscle;

Uses
Eslo AT Tablet is used for the treatment, control, prevention, & improvement of the following diseases, conditions and symptoms:
High blood pressure
Hypertension
Heart attack
Myocardial infarction
Chest pain
Kidney problems
Side-effects
The following is a list of possible side-effects that may occur from all constituting ingredients of Eslo AT Tablet. This is not a comprehensive list. These side-effects are possible, but do not always occur. Some of the side-effects may be rare but serious. Bradycardia
Leg pain
Dizziness
Light-headedness
Fatigue
Depression
Diarrhea
Nausea
Wheezing
Headache
Urge to vomit
Sleepiness
Swelling of ankle, face, lips and eyes
Indigestion
Drowsiness
Fluttering sensation
Eslo AT Tablet may also cause side-effects not listed here.

Precautions
Before using Eslo AT Tablet, inform your doctor about your current list of medications, over the counter products (e.g. vitamins, herbal supplements, etc.), allergies, pre-existing diseases, and current health conditions (e.g. pregnancy, upcoming surgery, etc.). Some health conditions may make you more susceptible to the side-effects of the drug. Take as directed by your doctor or follow the direction printed on the product insert. Dosage is based on your condition. Tell your doctor if your condition persists or worsens. Important counseling points are listed below.
Avoid sudden position changes
Cessation should be done gradually over 7-14 days along with patient monitoring
Consult a doctor if you have heart failure or hepatic impairment
Do not drive or operate heavy machinery
Do not stop taking atenolol abruptly
Do not take double dose to compensate for a forgotten dose
It is important to continue taking this medication even if you feel well
Lactation
Limit alcohol consumption and smoking
Monitor blood glucose level carefully
Interactions with Eslo AT Tablet
If you use other drugs or over the counter products at the same time, the effects of Eslo AT Tablet may change. This may increase your risk for side-effects or cause your drug not to work properly. When not to use Eslo AT Tablet
Hypersensitivity to Eslo AT Tablet is a contraindication. In addition, Eslo AT Tablet should not be used if you have the following conditions:
Cardiogenic shock
Heart block greater than first degree
Hypersensitivity
Liver insufficiency
Overt cardiac failure
Pregnancy
Sinus bradycardia
