About Afderm-Mn Plus Cream 7.5gm
Afderm-Mn Plus Cream 7.5gm is a dermatological combination medication used to reduce swelling, itching and redness caused due to certain fungal skin infections. Fungal infection is a skin disease in which a fungus attacks the skin tissue and cause infection. Fungal infections may be contagious (spread from one person to another).
Afderm-Mn Plus Cream 7.5gm contains Nadifloxacin (antibiotics), Mometasone (corticosteroid) and Miconazole (antifungal). Nadifoxacin is bactericidal and works by killing bacteria that cause infections. It inhibits the repairing of bacterial cells and kills the bacteria, thereby preventing the infection’s further spread. Mometasone blocks various chemical messengers (like histamine) involved in allergic and non-allergic mediated inflammation. It reduces inflammation, itchiness and redness by preventing infection-fighting white blood cells (WBCs) from travelling to the affected area of your body. Miconazole belongs to the antifungals class that works by causing holes in the fungal cell membranes and kills fungi.
Afderm-Mn Plus Cream 7.5gm is only for external use. Take a small amount of Afderm-Mn Plus Cream 7.5gm on the finger and apply as a thin layer on the clean and dry affected area. Avoid contact of Afderm-Mn Plus Cream 7.5gm with nose, ears, mouth or eyes. In case Afderm-Mn Plus Cream 7.5gm comes in contact with these areas accidentally, rinse with water thoroughly.
